My Power Generators offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date the product is delivered.
This return policy only applies to products purchased directly through My Power Generators.
Customers who purchased products through third-party retailers or marketplaces must follow the return and refund policy of the original seller.
Custom-configured or custom-branded products are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact Customer Support support@mypowergenerators.com before shipping any items.
Please provide:
Order number
Product serial number
Reason for return
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)
Do not ship any items without an approved return request.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the return shipping label (not on the product box itself).
Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in original condition, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging.
Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
We recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery.
My Power Generators covers return shipping for:
Defective products
Damaged packages
Delayed shipments
For all other return reasons, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear.

My Power Generators provides warranty service for defects that occur during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each product page.
To request warranty service, contact customer support and provide:
Order number or proof of purchase
Product serial number
Photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will assist with troubleshooting and determine eligibility for:
Repair
Replacement
Return (if applicable)
Shipping costs are covered for verified defective products.
If a product is claimed as defective but is found to be fully functional after inspection, shipping and restocking fees may apply.
Replacement units may be new or refurbished, but will be functionally equivalent to the original product.
Repaired or replacement items are shipped to the original delivery address, unless otherwise requested.
Repair or replacement processing typically takes up to 5 business days.
Out-of-warranty service options may be available.

Each return shipping label is valid for one package only and one-time use.
Reusing a return label may result in the package being lost or discarded by the carrier.
Securely package all items using the original packaging and shipping box.
Include all accessories and documentation.
Ship the return within 15 days of receiving the RMA.
Ensure the correct shipping label is placed on the corresponding package.
My Power Generators warrants that products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required to establish warranty coverage.

6-Month Warranty – Refurbished products
(Warranty period begins on the original purchase date.)
Defective products will be repaired or replaced at no cost during the warranty period.
If a product cannot be repaired, a replacement of equal or greater value will be provided.
A 90-day repair/replacement warranty applies to repaired or replaced units.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been:
Misused, abused, modified, or damaged by accident
Used outside normal consumer use
Repaired by unauthorized service providers
Purchased through online auction platforms
Battery warranty does not apply unless:
The battery is fully charged within 7 days of purchase
The battery is charged at least once every 6 months
