Return, Refunds, & Warranty Policy

Returns Policy

Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase

  • Any unopened, unused, and non-defective product purchased from naturesgenerator.com may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

  • If the product has been opened or unboxed, it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • A one-time online merchant processing fee of 3% is non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the customer’s responsibility.

Before returning any product, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return address:

Products returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Returns After 30 Days

  • We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

Nature’s Generator Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date (the “Warranty Period”).

This warranty applies only to products:

  • Purchased from an authorized dealer

  • Packaged with this warranty statement

Refurbished products are not covered.

What This Warranty Covers

If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed during the Warranty Period, Nature’s Generator Inc. will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the product using new or rebuilt parts, or

  2. Replace the product with a new or rebuilt comparable product at no charge.

Replaced products or parts become the property of Nature’s Generator Inc. This warranty is valid only for the original owner and ends if the product is sold or transferred.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by force majeure (lightning, fire, flood, etc.)

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Product modification

  • Improper operation or maintenance

  • Incorrect voltage supply

  • Products sold “as is” or with faults

  • Consumables (including batteries)

  • Altered or removed serial numbers

For these cases, repair and replacement costs will be charged to the customer.

Warranty Limitations

Repair or replacement under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. Nature’s Generator Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, data, business, or profits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the continental United States.

  • Free shipping does not apply to Puerto Rico.

  • Orders to Hawaii or Alaska are not available through the website. Please contact us directly for custom shipping arrangements.

  • Free shipping covers curbside delivery only.

Freight / LTL Orders
